Privacy Policy
Last updated August 11, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Elevated, a brand of Emerald Media LLC (“Elevated,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information in connection with this website, lvtdagency.com. By using the site you agree to the practices described below.
Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us and basic technical data needed to operate the site:
- Information you submit. When you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide so we can respond to you.
- Usage data. Our hosting and analytics providers may automatically record standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the time of your visit.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and provide our services;
- Operate, maintain, and improve the website;
- Protect against fraud, abuse, and security threats; and
- Comply with our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except as needed to provide the services above or as required by law.
Service providers
We rely on trusted third parties to run this site — including hosting, analytics, and email delivery providers. These providers process information only on our behalf and are bound to keep it confidential.
Cookies and analytics
We may use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences (such as light or dark mode) and to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some site functionality.
Our LinkedIn content application
In addition to this website, we operate a LinkedIn content application that lets users sign in with LinkedIn and publish or schedule posts on their own behalf. This section explains how that application handles LinkedIn data.
- What we access via LinkedIn. With your consent through LinkedIn’s OAuth sign-in flow, we receive basic profile information — your name, email address, profile photo, and LinkedIn member ID — along with an access token that authorizes the application to create posts, comments, and reactions on your behalf.
- How we use it. We use this information solely to operate the application’s features: authenticating you, publishing and scheduling content you compose, and, where you have authorized it, retrieving engagement and analytics data. We do not use LinkedIn data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than providing the service.
- Storage and security. Access tokens and profile data are stored securely and are never shared with or sold to third parties.
- Retention and deletion. We keep LinkedIn data only while your account is connected. You can disconnect the application at any time from your LinkedIn settings (Settings & Privacy → Data privacy → Other applications), which invalidates our access, and you may request deletion of any stored data by emailing us at dennis@lvtdagency.com.
- LinkedIn’s own terms. Your use of LinkedIn features is also governed by LinkedIn’s Privacy Policy.
Data retention
We keep the information you submit only as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain our business records, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, contact us using the details below and we’ll respond within a reasonable time.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
